At Centre For Eye Sight, we offer convenient cashless and insurance facilities. If you have insurance coverage, you can receive treatments without any upfront payment for services covered under your policy’s terms and conditions.
We are affiliated with multiple TPAs (Third Party Administrators) and corporate partners, allowing bills to be reimbursed directly by the concerned TPA or company.*

- Xerox copy of Patient's Aadhaar card (Patient Name & Age should be same in Policy paper as per Aadhaar Card)
- Xerox copy of Policy Paper, Cashless Card, (For National Insurance patients submission of last 3 years policy paper for submission of cashless service request)
- Original copy of doctor's prescription
- Original of all pre-operative test reports including Biometry & OCT
